Madrid (31.01.2008).- The King of Spain, Juan Carlos I and his wife Queen Sofia chaired the opening of Fitur 2008, an International Tourism Trade Fair in Madrid.

The Kings of Spain visited a big scale model of the Valencia Street Circuit that will hold the Grand Prix of Europe in Valencia next August and attended the explanation of the President of the Valencian Government Francisco Camps about track layout. After this explanations, the King stated his liking about the Circuit.
