Valencia (30/05/2008).- At 6 p.m. today the operation commenced for closing the two parts of the swing bridge. The bridge which is 140 metres long and 18 metres wide will be included in the Valencia Street Circuit.

Today, the first asphalt layer was also put in place. On Wednesday, the swing bridge will be finished when the last asphalt layer has been put in place.

This bridge is one of the most important elements of the Valencia Street Circuit which will host the Formula 1 Grand Prix of Europe for the first time on 24 August 2008.
