Valencia (26/06/2008).- This coming month of August, Feria Valencia will be turned into a huge karts circuit to coincide with Motor Box Experience. Scheduled for August 21st to 25th, this event will host around 7000 spectators for the Formula 1 Gran Prix of Europe at Feria Valencia, besides offering an entertainment programme designed for lovers of cars and racing.

In the leisure area, the exhibition centre will set aside 10,000 square metres for indoor and outdoor karting. Each one of the two circuits measures 450 metres and has an area for boxes and workshops with all the mechanical material necessary for any kind of repair or adjustment.

Conceived as family entertainment, the karts will be adapted for all ages: children, young people and adults. In the case of children, the only limitation for security reasons is a minimum age of 10 years and a minimum height of 1.25 metres.

For a price of €11, people are allotted 5 minutes racing fully kitted out with all the regulation equipment including helmet and driver’s suit, in vehicles reaching up to 70 km/h for adults, and between 30 and 50 km/h for younger drivers.

The outdoor circuit will be open from 10 am to 8 pm daily from August 7th to 20th, while the indoor circuit will open from August 21st to 24th, both inclusive.

Motor Box Experience, another way of making the most of the Formula 1
