Valencia (24/08/2008).- The city of Valencia returns to normal after the first Formula 1 Telefonica Grand Prix of Europe at Valencia Street Circuit. As of 00 hours, traffic will return to normal in the main access areas to the Port of Valencia and the streets J.J. Domine, Avenida del Puerto, Ingeniero Manuel Soto and Puente de Astilleros.

Immediately after the end of the Grand Prix, Valmor Sports started the disassembly work of Valencia Street Circuit to fulfil their promise that the city would return to normal as soon as possible.

Work started with the removal of the protection fences, the perimeter fencing, photographer's towers, marquees erected inside and around the circuit, among other tasks.

Likewise, inside of the compound work has started on disassembling the hospitalities, the broadcast centre, vending areas and the paddock. The organisation expects work to start on the disassembly of the grandstands tonight. The bridge over the marina has been opened at 20.25 hours.
