General Conditions

All fans who buy tickets for the oficial pre-season F1 tests to be held on February 1st, 2nd and 3rd at the Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo will be able to take advantage of a 15% discount when purchasing a ticket for the Formula 1 Telefonica Grand Prix of Europe to be held in Valencia on between June 25th and 27th 2010.

It is an indispensable requirement for people interested in this discount to keep their entrance tickets to the F1 pre-season tests in perfect conditions if they decide to take advantage of this promotion before the tests (until January 31st) or if they decide to buy tickets afterwards (as of February 4th).

Items to consider:

• Promotion not valid for seats in stands P1 or P2.
• Promotion limited one seat with discount per entrance ticket submitted.
• Promotion valid for three-day and for one-day tickets.
• This promotion is may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
• Promotion period valid from January 19th 2010 to June 27th 2010.

How and where can I obtain the 15% discount before the F1 tests?

• At the time you buy your ticket, you may also buy a ticket for the Grand Prix of Europe, with the 15% discount being applied. The tickets for the F1 tests will be stamped by El Corte Inglés as proof that fans have already benefitted from this promotion.
  

• Furthermore, by keeping your F1 test ticket in perfect conditions, you will be able to return to El Corte Ingles and present it when buying your tickets for the Grand Prix of Europe in order to benefit from the 15% discount.

Tickets for the official F1 tests purchased on the El Corte Inglés website www.elcorteingles.es or by telephone (902 400 222) .

• Once you have purchased your F1 test entrance tickets on the internet, you may also buy tickets for the Grand Prix of Europe with a 15% discount. Entrance tickets purchased on the internet must be collected at an El Corte Inglés Department Store with Ticket Sale Service. When you collect your F1 test ticket it will be stamped to avoid double purchasing.

• If fans already have a ticket for the F1 tests, they may purchase a ticket for the Grand Prix of Europe with the 15% discount on the internet. It is indispensable for customers to submit the F1 test ticket in perfect conditions when collecting the ticket at any El Corte Inglés Department Store with Ticket Sale Services, where it will then be stamped to avoid it being used again.

Tickets for official F1 pre-season tests purchased by telephone through ServiEntrada (902 115 577 or 963 995 577)

• As of February 4th, fans with a ticket purchased on the internet for the tests, may buy tickets for the Grand Prix of Europe by telephone (902 115 577 or 963 995 577) with the 15% discount. To purchase tickets with the discount, the following details will be requested:

  - Customer name
  - Purchase card details
  - Purchase reference

In the case of fans buying tickets through Servientrada but collecting them at El Corte Inglés Department Stores in Valencia, and they want to take advantage of the 15% discount, they should call the Servientrada service on 902 11 55 77 where they will be attended in accordance with that established with Bancaja.

Tickets for official pre-season F1 tests purchased at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit entrance gates

• " People who purchase their tickets for the F1 tests at the Ricardo Tormo entrance gates on February 1st, 2nd or 3rd, may request the 15% discount at the circuit and buy their tickets for the Grand Prix of Europe at the circuit while benefitting from the 15% discount.

How and where to obtain the 15% discount after the F1 pre-season tests?

Tickets for the official tests purchased through El Corte Inglés Department Stores

• Fans will have to submit their F1 Test entrance tickets at any El Corte Inglés Department Store. The entrance tickets will be stamped and the 15% discount will be applied to the price of their Grand Prix of Europe tickets.

Tickets for official F1 pre-season tests purchased through the El Corte Inglés website www.elcorteingles.es

• Fans many also purchase tickets for the Grand Prix of Europe with the 15% discount on the internet, providing they have a F1 pre-season test ticket in perfect conditions. The tickets purchased over the internet must be collected from El Corte Ingles Department Stores with Ticket Sale services. It will be indispensable for customers to submit their test tickets in perfect conditions when they collect their tickets from the El Corte Ingles Department Stores where they will be stamped to prevent them from being used again.

Furthermore, entrance tickets may be submitted at the Valencia Street Circuit ticket offices during the days of the event (June 25th, 26th and 27th) and the 15% will be applied to the purchase of entrance tickets for the Grand Prix of Europe.

Tickets for official F1 pre-season tests purchased through the ServiEntrada website

• Any fans with a ticket purchased on the Internet for the pre-season tests may buy a ticket for the Grand Prix of Europe with a 15% discount by telephone. In order to purchase tickets, the following details will be requested

  -Purchase card details
  -Purchase reference
  

Furthermore, entrance tickets may be submitted at the Valencia Street Circuit ticket offices during the days of the event (June 25th, 26th and 27th) and the 15% will be applied to the purchase of entrance tickets for the Grand Prix of Europe.

• Fans who keep their F1 pre-season test tickets until the dates of the event and who submit them at the Valencia Street Circuit ticket sale offices between June 25th and 27th, may take advantage of the 15% discount when purchasing their entrance tickets for the Grand Prix of Europe.
